Why we created Women of Worth
Women Making a Difference
Women of Worth was born out of the iconic L'Oréal Paris tagline, "Because You're Worth It," honoring the intrinsic worth of everyday women inspiring others and creating positive change in their communities.
How it Works
Recognize 10 Women
Each year, ten individuals will be named Women of Worth honorees, each receiving $25,000 to support their charitable cause, mentorship from the L’Oréal Paris network and a national platform to share their story. L’Oréal Paris will celebrate all ten of our 2024 Women of Worth at the end of the year. Stay tuned for more details.
