At Paris Fashion Week, we spoke to two members of the League of Experts, actress and beauty influencer Sharon Fonesca and celebrity makeup artist, Allan Avendaño . Sharon Fonseca, Actress, Model and Beauty Influencer

Sharon Fonseca is an actress and model from Venezuela, with a penchant for all things fashion, beauty and wellness. Whether it’s a new trend or a classic red lip, she’s always down to incorporate something new into her skin-focused beauty routine. 

Trends are always changing and new products are constantly dropping, but what is one L'Oréal Paris product you swear by?

While I love playing around with makeup trends and different looks, I strongly believe skin care is everything. For this reason, one product I cannot stop using is the L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Caffeine Eye Serum. The magic combination of ingredients provides a healthy boost to my under-eyes and helps me lift and de-puff the area. Whether I am traveling for fashion week or had a rough night at home with my baby, this product always has my back by helping me feel and look fresh and awake. 

What’s one fall beauty trend that you’re obsessed with and how does your makeup routine change in the fall?

As soon as fall starts, I tend to transition to neutrals, and a couple of bold colors- especially for my lips. I love to keep a natural glowy base, and incorporate different eye and lip styles through the season. A soft, coffee-colored smoky eye with burgundy lips, or a clean, natural face with red bold lips have been two of my favorite looks this season.

What's one beauty item you recommend people always travel with when going to an event like fashion week?

Besides a good hydrating skin care routine, this trip I've realized the importance of a good lipstick. During these types of events we are always on the run, from going to a show, to a photo shoot, to dinner, and everything in between; having a long-lasting, non-transferable lipstick has been key, which is why I've been obsessed with the L'Oréal Paris Infallible Matte Resistance Liquid Lipstick. It lasts the whole day without the need to retouch, so I’m always camera ready.

Allan Avendaño, Celebrity Makeup Artist

Allan Avedaño is a mainstay in celeb beauty, so naturally his eye for fashion week trends is keen. His treasured hands have touched the faces of countless celebrities, and he offers insights for everyday people alike to incorporate runway trends and affordable products into their everyday beauty routines.

What’s your favorite makeup trend this season, and how would you recommend incorporating it into an everyday makeup look?

My favorite makeup trend heading into fall is latte makeup with an element of pumpkin spice. You can incorporate this look and make it wearable for everyday by using L’Oréal Paris Infallible Up to 24H Fresh Wear Soft Matte Bronzer for a wash of color over the lids, cheekbones and cheeks, and Infallible Matte Resistance Liquid Lipstick in Lazy Sunday to finish off the look.

Dark, vampy lipstick is always a big deal for fall and we saw it on the runway at this Paris Fashion Week. What’s your number one tip for nailing the look?
