Dream Blonde Appl. Instructions

Before you color
Skin Allergy Test
-Cleanse an area the size of a quarter in the bend of your elbow with soap and water. Pat dry.
-Using a plastic utensil, mix a dab of the Blonde-Illuminating Crème (2) with a few drops of the Conditioning Color Gel (3) (the ratio should be 1 part Conditioning Color Gel (3) to 1.5 parts Blonde-Illuminating Crème (3)) in a plastic or glass container. Tightly recap the haircolor product and developer. Do not use metal utensils.
-Apply mixture to the test area with a cotton swab or ball.
-Let test spot dry. Do not wash, cover or disturb for 48 hours.
-Examine test area periodically over the next 48 hours. If you experience any reactions—such as redness, burning, itching, swelling, skin abrasions, eruptions or irritation in or around the test area, DO NOT COLOR YOUR HAIR UNTIL YOU CONSULT A DOCTOR.

Protect
-Twist round tip of the Pre-Color Moisture Infuser (1) so that it breaks off.
-Massage product into dry ends before coloring. Avoid the root area.
-Wait for 2 minutes. Do not rinse.

Prepare Mixture
-Put on colorist’s gloves.
-Remove flat cap from Blonde-Illuminating Crème (2).
-Open bottle of Conditioning Color Gel (3). Pour entire contents into Blonde-Illuminating Crème (2).
-Replace flat cap on Blonde-Illuminating Crème (2). Shake well until contents are thoroughly mixed.
-Remove flat cap IMMEDIATELY. Twist on Pro-Tip Applicator. NOTE: Ensure gloved finger is placed over opening when mixing product during coloring process.

All-Over Color Application
Choose All-Over Color Application if:
-It is your first experience with Dream Blonde™.
-You have never colored your hair before.
-You have not colored in 3 months or longer.

Apply
Step 1
Apply hair color mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair.
Step 2
Work gently through hair as you would a shampoo.
Step 3
Use enough mixture to saturate your hair.
Step 4
Loosely pile hair on top of your head.

Time
Leave on for a total application time of 30 minutes.

Rinse
Add a small amount of warm water to hair. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.

Touch-Up Application
Choose Touch-Up Application if:

-You have colored in the last 4-6 weeks with the same shade of Dream Blonde™.

Apply
Apply color to your roots first
Step 1
Using the Pro-Tip Applicator, part hair into ¼” sections to reach roots.
Step 2
Apply mixture to new growth area only until completely saturated.
Step 3
Leave on new growth for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Apply remaining color to the rest of your hair.
Step 5
Loosely pile your hair on top of your head. Let mixture develop for up to an additional 5 minutes.

Time
Leave on for a total application time of 30 minutes. Do not save any unused mixture, the container may burst.

Rinse
Add a small amount of warm water to hair. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.

Care: Shampoo, Condition and Illuminate
After coloring and weekly:

-Shampoo & Condition
Lather and rinse hair with Blonde Suprême Shampoo (gold tube). Saturate hair with Blonde Suprême Conditioner (white tube) and leave on 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool water.

Daily:
-Continuous Shine
Squeeze a pea to dime size amount of Continuous Shine Crème onto palms. Work through dry hair and style as usual.
