STEP 1: PRIME YOUR LIDS

As with any makeup look you want to last, whether you adorn your eyes, face, or lips, it’s essential to start with a primer. A touch of eye makeup primer on your lids is all you need. This can help create a smooth base for the rest of your eye makeup application and allow your makeup to wear more evenly throughout the day.

STEP 2: APPLY YOUR WINGED EYESHADOW
