Standing up for women at Paris Fashion Week®

As official beauty partner of Paris Fashion Week®, L’Oréal Paris will be back with a bold runway on the city’s emblematic Parvis des droits de l’homme—a showcase for our commitment to empowering women and the Stand Up Against Street Harassment program.

For the fourth year running, L’Oréal Paris will be back with a powerful message and spectacular event. At 3pm on October 3, 2021, whether online or in situ, women will come together to celebrate freedom of movement, self-expression, and femininity—values that are championed by initiatives like Stand Up Against Street Harassment.

Ode to women’s empowerment & diversity

The location is steeped in history. The Parvis des droits de l’homme is the very place where, in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted at Palais de Chaillot. The cast will be diverse and inclusive. The exceptional dance performance and scenography will transcribe a vision of today’s feminism through freedom of movement.

The fourth edition of “Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris” will bring together a diverse and inclusive lineup of international spokespeople. As well as iconic, purposeful fashion houses like Balmain and Elie Saab, and talented emerging designers such as Koché and Ester Manas.

 

Open to everyone, this public outdoor runway show will be broadcast across more than 30 countries, making a powerful statement for feminism and self-worth—and resonating strongly with our iconic slogan, “Because you’re worth it,” which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
